Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing WSandC Collectibles for your shopping needs. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and prompt of your orders. As a standard practice, we typically ship within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items, we use reliable shipping carriers such as FEDEX, USPS, and UPS, depending on the size and weight of the items. Please note that WSandC Collectibles ships exclusively to locations within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options. However, we are constantly evaluating our shipping capabilities and may expand to other countries in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Return & Exchange Policy
At WSandC Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 14 days from the day the item is received to request a return. Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@wsandccollectibles.com or click on our contact us form to initiate the return process. Once the item is received back in our facilities, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and/or avilability. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
